I often find that we are competing against commercial office space providers.  When that occurs it is important for people to make certain that they are comparing apples to apples. Sometimes a commercial lease may seem like a better price relative to ours.  However if you dig into the details we are likely to come out ahead in value as well as on a square footage basis.

For the sake of argument let’s say that OfficeKey has a private office with 150 square feet that is available for $800 a month all in. On the other hand there might be a commercial space that is the same price but has 600 square feet. On the surface that seems like a better deal but there are several other factors to consider.
