Centre Point Room
Wireless Connection – Windows Devices
- Use Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Select the Home button
- Select “Media” on the left side of the screen
- Scroll over to “Connected Devices”
- Select source – “Roku”
- Turn on Roku with Roku remote
- Type “Windows Key + K”
- Connect sidebar will open
- Select “WC – Centre Pointe”
- Click “Allow” with Roku remote
Wireless Connection – Apple Devices
- Use Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Select the Home button
- Select “Media” on the left side of the screen
- Scroll over to “Connected Devices”
- Select source – “Roku”
- Select AirPlay or ScreenMirroring
- Select “CentrePoint.local”
- Enter the four digit code on your device
Wired Connection
- Use Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- HDMI cord is coiled up behind right side of TV
- Plugging the HDMI cord into your device should switch to the TV to the correct input (you may need to hit the exit/back button on the Samsung remote or select the box showing your screen)
- Window devices will be on the “PC” input
- Apple devices will be on the “HDMI 3” input
- For devices without an HDMI port we have these adapters available: USB, USB-C, & VGA
Video Conferencing
- Use Samsung remote
- Select the Home button
- Select “Media” on the left hand tab
- Scroll over to “Connected Devices”
- Select Source – “video-conference”
- Use tablet on bookshelf
- Tablet cord can reach conference table
- For Zoom, select “Join Meeting” and enter the meeting ID info
- For Google Meet, Teams or Webex, select the icon and enter meeting ID info
- If you are the host you will still need to start the meeting from your personal device and control who is admitted from there
- If you won’t be sharing content from your personal device you can pass off hosting responsibilities to be controlled through the tablet
Lakota Room
Wireless Connection – Windows Devices
- Use the Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Select Source – “HDMI 2”
- Type “Windows Key + K”
- Connect sidebar will open
- Select “WC – Lakota”
- Click “Allow” with Roku remote
Wireless Connection – Apple Devices
- Use the Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Select Source – “HDMI 2”
- Select AirPlay or ScreenMirroring
- Select “Lakota.local”
- Enter the four digit code on your device
Wired Connection
- Use Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Select Source – “HDMI 1”
- HDMI cord is coiled up behind the TV
- For devices without an HDMI port we have these adapters available: USB, USB-C, & VGA
Training Room
Wireless Connection – Windows Devices
- Type “Windows Key + K”
- Connect sidebar will open
- Select “WC – Training Room”
- Click “Allow” with Roku remote
Wireless Connection – Apple Devices
- Select AirPlay or ScreenMirroring
- Select “TrainingRoomRoku.local”
- Enter the four digit code on your device
Wired Connection
- Select “Home” in the drop down list
- Select the first Computer icon for HDMI 1
- An HDMI cord is stored in the cabinet
- Gently pull the TV out from the wall
- Plug cord into HDMI 1 behind right side of TV
- For devices without an HDMI port we have these adapters available: USB, USB-C, & VGA
