Sycamore Room
Wireless Connection – Windows Devices
- Use Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Press home button
- Scroll left to source
- Scroll up to – “Roku”
- Turn on Roku with Roku remote
- Type “Windows Key + K”
- Connect sidebar will open
- Select “BA – Sycamore”
- Click “Allow” with Roku remote
Wireless Connection – Apple Devices
- Use Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Press home button
- Scroll left to source
- Scroll up to – “Roku”
- Turn on Roku with Roku remote
- Select AirPlay or ScreenMirroring
- Select “Sycamore.local”
- Enter the four digit code on your device
Wired Connection
- Use Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Press home button
- Scroll left to source
- Scroll up to “HDMI in table”
- HDMI cord is in table in 2nd box from the TV
- HDMI extender cords available if necessary
- For devices without an HDMI port we have these adapters available: USB, USB-C, & VGA
Video Conferencing
- Use Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Press home button
- Scroll left to source
- Scroll up to “Video Conference”
- Use tablet on credenza
- Tablet cord can reach conference table
- For Zoom, select “Join Meeting” and enter the meeting ID info
- For Google Meet, Teams or Webex, select the icon and enter meeting ID info
- If you are the host you will still need to start the meeting from your personal device and control who is admitted from there
- If you won’t be sharing content from your personal device you can pass off hosting responsibilities to be controlled through the tablet
Training Room
Wireless Connection – Windows Devices
- Use Samsung remote
- Turn on TV
- Press the home button
- Scroll left to Source
- Scroll up to “Roku”
- Turn on Roku with Roku remote
- Type “Windows Key + K”
- Connect sidebar will open
- Select “BA – Training Room”
- Click “Allow” with Roku remote

- Select Source – “HDMI 1”
- An HDMI cord is in the black box in the floor in the center of the room
- Please slide the cable back into the grommet when finished
- For devices without an HDMI port we have these adapters available: USB, USB-C, & VGA
Bicentennial Room

- Select Source – “HDMI 1”
- Turn on Roku with Roku remote
- Type “Windows Key + K”

- Click “Allow” with Roku remote
